Power Cool Manufacturing radiator cores are the only 52mm 3 Chamber Cores that are made in a GM OEM approved production assembly plant. All Power Cool Radiators are fabricated in the USA.

Pressure Testing
In 2016, TWI was tasked to create an improved radiator for the Corvette Z06. Following various design proposals, they developed a 52mm 3-chamber radiator perfectly aligned with the Corvette Team’s performance targets.
In 2017, TWI put the new radiator design through a rigorous validation testing process to assess its performance and functionality. After proving its exceptional quality and surpassing every validation requirement, the radiator was finally approved in November of that year. In January 2018, TWI started supplying the production radiators for the Corvette Z06.
In 2018, we teamed up with TWI to supply the only GM-validated radiator core for every LS/LT crate engine application. By mid-2018, the 52mm 3-chamber radiator became the best-performing cooling radiator for LS/LT crate engine applications.
